• Cancel your tour 48 Hours or more in advance to receive a full refund.
• No refunds or date changes will be granted 48 hours or less of tour departure. No exceptions will be made. Purchase travel insurance to protect your trip. 
  
• Hotel pickup is only offered for hotels within 2 miles of the Las Vegas Strip of Downtown Las Vegas. 
  
• Mobility scooters, wheelchairs, and walkers are not allowed. Arriving to your tour with any of these will result in a denial of boarding without a refund. 
  
• You will receive an email the day before your tour to arrange your pickup.
  
• Please note hotel pickup is not offered for tours booked within 24 hours of departure.
