    Get escorted right to the best table at nationally acclaimed Carson Kitchen. Founded by the late-great Kerry Simon, who was famed as the celebrity “rock ‘n’ roll’’ chef, it sports an open kitchen to catch all the action up close and personal, as you enjoy classic Americana dishes that have been elevated with seasonal ingredients and modern twists.

    At Therapy, get rejuvenated as you’re escorted right to the special chef’s table at this buzzy new restaurant recently highlighted on the Travel Channel. The former 99-cent store has been transformed into an industrial-chic destination. It’s the perfect backdrop for indulging in contemporary comfort food, including Devil’s on Horseback reinterpreted with bacon-wrapped dates stuffed with truffled goat cheese; signature baked ricotta gnudi finished with truffled fig jam and roasted almonds; and chicken and Red Velvet waffle sliders, an original creation featured on the Travel Channel’s “Food Paradise.’’

    At 7th & Carson, the hearth oven is the heart of this distinguished neighborhood restaurant. It’s used for most everything on the menu, from baking flatbreads to roasting stocks to finishing desserts. Helmed by a veteran chef who has cooked at a number of high-profile restaurants on the Strip, 7th & Carson exemplifies hyper seasonal cooking that showcases peak-fresh ingredients. With artsy tiled tables, and a brick-lined patio full of greenery, this is a restaurant made for lingering. No wonder it was named “New Restaurant of the Year’’ by the Nevada Restaurant Association in 2018.

    Policies & Guidelines 

    Confirm Your Booking: You must call 888-681-4388 at least 48-hours prior to your tour date to confirm your booking and inform Lip Smacking Foodie Tours if any members of your party have severe food allergies or dietary restrictions.  

    Arrive Early: Mandatory check-in 15 minutes prior to the start time. In fairness to those who arrive on time, we will depart promptly. There are no reschedules or refunds for latecomers and no-shows. 

    Gratuities: Restaurant tips are included in the purchase price. Gratuities direct to your guide are graciously accepted but never mandatory. The average gratuity is $10 per-person. 

    Children & Non-Participants: All guests, including children, must purchase a ticket whether they participate in the food tastings or not. Non-paying individuals will not be able to join the tour. No exceptions will be made. 

    What to Wear: Dress appropriately for the day's weather conditions and wear comfortable walking shoes with upscale restaurant attire. No sweatpants, jerseys, or athletic apparel permitted. No flip-flops or tanks tops for men. 

    Refund and Rescheduling Policy: Tours are non-refundable and can-not be rescheduled. Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded, rescheduled, or exchanged for any other date or time. 

    Allergies and dietary restrictions: Please inform us in advance if any members of your party have severe food allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking. We will do our best to make appropriate substitutions whenever possible, but we cannot guarantee them. 

    Optional Beverage Package: Purchase our Beverage Package to include (1) pre-selected signature drink at various stops. We highly recommend purchasing our beverage package in advance to alleviate any waits so that your pre-selected signature drink will be available to enjoy upon arrival at various stops. 

    Tours are held rain or shine: Tours are held regardless of weather.
