We invite you to visit Zakopane – the winter capital of Poland located at the foot of the Tatra Mountains, with breathtaking views and picturesque natural landscapes that are enchanting not only in winter but at every time of the year! Captivating scenery, characteristic folk culture, highlander-style cuisine, numerous tourist trails and ski routes – all of this contributes to the richness of Zakopane, which is the most popular mountain tourist resort in Poland. The trip starts in Kraków and takes you to Zakopane via the scenic "Zakopianka" road. 

The first stop is the visit to shepherd's hut in Witów where participants learn the process of making and get to taste the famous highlander's cheese "Oscypek". The next stop is the visit to The Museum of Zakopane Style at Villa Koliba. Following that visit participants will take the funicular to the top of Gubałówka Mountain to catch a breathtaking view of the granite and limestone peaks of the Tatras. During their ‘spare time’ tourist can stay on Mount Gubałówka or go down to the huge regional market square and famous Krupówki Street to eat dinner in one of the restaurants offering local delicacies. After a day full of attractions guests will go back to Kraków.

• Duration: 9-10 hours
• Pick-up is possible from the hotels located in the center of Cracow. If your hotel location is in an area beyond this or in an area with limited traffic/accessibility, then you will be picked up from the nearest possible pickup place. The exact location and pickup time will be provided to you by the tour operator at least a day before your scheduled tour
• Departure time might differ from the time listed. The exact pickup time and pick up point will be confirmed up to 1 day prior to the tour date                                                           
• It is the responsibility of all visitors to be at the pick up / meeting point at correct pick up / meeting time. Guests arriving after departure cannot be accommodated & missed tours or tickets cannot be refunded.
• This tour involves a fair amount of walking, uneven grounds, and stairs; comfortable shoes are recommended.
• The city of Zakopane is located at the foot of the Tatra Mountains, where the air temperature is usually lower than in Kraków, and the weather can change rapidly. Therefore, the participants are required to bring warm, waterproof clothing (e.g. sweaters, jackets, umbrellas) and sun-protective items (e.g. hats, caps, sunglasses).
• The tour includes a tasting of products containing lactose.
• On this tour, some of the venues or parts of the venue may be subject to last-minute, unpredictable closures.  
• Tour Operator reserves the right to refuse participation on its tours to any guest under the influence of drugs or alcohol or to any guest whose behavior is disorderly, or poses a threat to other guests or staff.
